Pictures don't get much better than this. It's perfectly framed with the goose having room in front of it to fly into. The contrast in colors between the grey feathers of the goose and the yellow background of the sun shining on the water and foliage is striking. This also points out the wonderful use of the natural lighting of the moment. And, of course, the focus is right on so we can see the beauty of the animal's form (muscles and feathers) while in flight. I especially like the goose's look of determination to get airborne. This is a terrific photograph!
